The use of tubecodes makes the profiles anonymous, there is no personal information like name, address and phonenumbers connected to the profile. You have created the tubecode within the iGene app and possibly noted this on an extra tubecode sticker that was included in the package.
If you're unable to retrieve this tubecode we are able search in our system for specific criteria. like birthyear, background (European or Aziatic), gender and time of purchase of the DNA-test or completion of the profile. Perhaps you might still have an e-mail confirmation of these dates.
